This lovely, spacious ground floor Studio apartment offers the perfect holiday accommodation, just 50 metres from a vast stretch of golden sand and with easy access to the popular harbour village of St Aubin where there is a large selection of restaurants, including some of the very best that Jersey has to offer.

The popular St Brelade's Bay and St Ouen's Bay are just a short drive from this property but water sports such as water skiing and jet skiing are available on the beach outside.

This apartment overlooks the beach that is on the other side of the road.  

This property does not allow pets.

Apartment 7. St Martin. Studio Apartment: Sleeps 2 adults  

Ground Floor: Studio apartment with king size bed, en-suite wet room style shower, basin and toilet.  Kitchen in alcove area. Lounge with French doors leading out to a small paved area with small table and chairs, parallel with the main road.

Please note this apartment is fantastically located just opposite the beach, but traffic noise may be heard from this road side apartment.

Bed linen and house towels provided. Central heating in season.  Satellite TV in living area and bedroom area. Wi-Fi. Electric cooking, 4 rings and oven. Microwave.   Undercounter Fridge with ice box compartment. Slimline Dishwasher. Hairdryer. Small table and chairs. Iron & Board.  

A shared laundry facility is available for all guests at the apartments to use.  £3 per wash/£3 per dry.

This apartment does not have a parking space but there is a public car park 100 metres away from the property on the beach side.   Seasonal day time parking charges apply as per signage.

Shop 300m. Pub 200m. St Helier 3m. Beach just 1 moments' walk away.
