L'Augres House

GroundFloor:
Entrance into hallway or via large kitchen with working Everhot oven.  The kitchen has a large dining table and comfortable seating and doors opening on to a paved patio.  A corridor leads to a playroom, lounge, large utility room and a ground floor WC with sink and separate shower room.

1st Floor - stairs lead to the house bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and sink.
Up a further few stairs leads to Bedroom 1 – (master) Bedroom with Superking Size Bed, ensuite shower room and dressing room on first floor and Bedroom 2 – Children’s room with two single beds on first floor.  A travel cot can be provided on request.
Bedroom 3 – with double bed on third floor.

Enclosed garden in front and enclosed patio at the rear.

Please note that this is a much-loved family home which is made available to holidaymakers during the summer months. The owners’ personal belongings remain in the property, and a small number of rooms (not included in the property description) are kept locked and are not used for guest accommodation. Guests otherwise have exclusive use of the property during their stay.

Liberty Bus Route 4. The bus stop in to town is approximately 30 seconds’ walk north from the property. The bus stop returning is 100 metres from the property.
