This delightful one bedroom self-contained ground floor apartment is attached to the owner's house set in a quiet location on a Green Lane (where walkers and cyclists have priority over cars and the speed limit is just 15mph). Patio doors open onto a delightful west facing terrace and lovely shared cottage garden.

There is only one apartment at this property ensuring peace and quiet in very relaxing surroundings. The location, in the very middle of the island, makes it a perfect base for touring the whole of Jersey whilst being just a short distance away from the amenities of the main town of St Helier and the south coast. Central heating ensures that the accommodation is suitable for all seasons. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and is one of our most popular with our visitors.

Two well behaved dogs accepted. The property has an outdoor kennel for dogs who like to spend time in the garden and also a fenced in area.

Own entrance with one shallow step at entrance (no internal steps).
West facing terrace with dining table, chairs and umbrella plus sun loungers.
Shared cottage garden with abundant wildlife including red squirrels.

Car recommended. Parking. External electrical point for charging electric vehicles.
For clients who are not planning to bring or hire a car, collection from airport/harbour can be arranged with the owner (free of charge). 

Up to 2 x Small dogs accepted on request.
Shops including Rondels Farm Shop and Co-op Sion now open 7 days a week
Union Pub/Restaurant and Woodlands Farm Potato Shack Cafe only a stroll away.
