Croix Cottage is a 3 bedroom cottage situated on a hill above the beautiful St Brelade's Bay on the south coast of the island and just a short walk from the more secluded Beauport Bay. The semi-detached accommodation was originally built as a fisherman's cottage in the 17th Century as a single storey thatched house and has been totally rebuilt.
There is under floor heating in this spacious and well equipped accommodation and lovely details such as the now exposed original stonework (including a fireplace in the lounge and a marriage stone above the front door.) It is one of three cottages, in a country setting. In St Brelade's Bay there is a lovely sandy beach with many seasonal water sports on offer plus restaurants and beach shops/cafes all within downhill walking distance of this lovely property - though the hill to return to the cottage will prove a challenge to most! There are open fields next to the property where wild pheasants and fowl wander free-range and they can be a little noisy. This an ideal location for a great family holiday.
The property is situated next door to the popular Croix Maison and would be ideal for families and friends booking both properties together.
Children of all ages most welcome.
Pets welcome.
