It is one of four properties, in a country setting. Just a few hundred meters from the beautiful Beauport Bay and St Brelade's Bay which has a lovely sandy beach with many seasonal water sports on offer plus restaurants and beach shops/cafes all within downhill walking distance of this lovely property - though the hill to return to the cottage will prove a challenge to most! There are open fields next to the property where wild pheasants and fowl wander free-range. This an ideal location for a great family holiday.

The property is situated next door to the popular Croix Cottage and would be ideal for families and friends booking both properties together.

Stairs from the lounge area lead downstairs to two bedrooms, house bathroom and utility room.  Access to small garden area.

1st Floor Accessed via the snug a steep and narrow, winding wooden staircase lead to a bedroom with bespoke cabin style single bed.  Single Chair bed also available.  This room would be ideal for children, but adults happy to sleep on singles beds are most welcome. 

Cot and additional 'z bed' is also available on request.
