The Ellingham Cottages and apartments are set on the south-east coast of the island nestled within green lanes and yet near to St Peter Port.  A great location to enjoy walking and cycling.  There is a bus stop only a few minutes walk away with a frequent service to St Peter Port and the popular circular island route.

The cottages and apartment are set in a well-maintained complex with a guest library stocked with books, DVDs, games, toys and beach equipment.  A large shared garden has a wendy house, football nets, BBQs, outdoor furniture and games for guest use. 

Children of all ages most welcome.

First floor: Access to this first-floor apartment which overlooks the back garden is via a flight of stairs by the front door (no lift).  Open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. Master bedroom with king sized bed.  Bedroom 2 single beds which are zip and link beds to make a super-king if required. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Bathroom with bath and shower attachment, basin and toilet. Separate cloakroom with basin & toilet. Overlooking garden.

Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels provided. Electric cooking facilities, microwave, fridge/freezer,  Cafetiere, hairdryer, alarm clocks, bathrobes are also included to get you off to a great day each morning. Wi-Fi. 32" flat screen TV, DVD player, freesat channels, plus extensive film library. Washing machine, clothes airers plus tumble dryer & washing lines

Complimentary welcome groceries. Welcome pack including cling film, kitchen roll, tin foil, bin bags, washing up liquid, cloths, tea towels, toilet rolls & mini toiletries.

On-site parking available.

'We had prewarned owners (Simon & Fiona) that we would be late due to ferry time tables. Simon was waiting for us when we pulled in at nearly 10pm. he couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. This continued right through the holiday. if we had of needed anything we felt we could have asked.
