How to Book
- PROPERTIES button lists ALL properties in alphabetical order - there is also search option here. Key in your start and finish dates for a list of available properties for specific dates. Most properties are a SATURDAY changeover for 7 nights minimum let but OTHER start days are available and short lets are available especially outside of the high season.
- Choose a property - full details plus price chart, live calendar, Google location map and on-line BOOKING FORM are on each property page. Check for maximum occupancy, availability on the calendar and any child age restrictions.
- Complete and submit its BOOKING FORM to request your chosen property - please include a request for travel and/or car hire quotation, if required.
- Payment options will be sent to you only when we have booked your accommodation (non-refundable deposit required is 20% of the full rental amount (min £150).
- Confirmation paperwork will follow only after we have received your non-refundable deposit (Confirmation Invoice, directions and contact details of property owner, travel and/or car hire confirmations).
- Balance due 8 weeks before arrival.

Freedom Holidays - the heart of self-catering in the Channel Islands. Freedom Holidays Ltd is the largest specialist self-catering agency based here in Jersey. We offer a wide selection of both Tourism Registered and privately owned properties throughout the whole island. We have been arranging holidays here for over 30 years and welcome many repeat clients every year. We have a friendly, experienced local team ready to process your booking promptly and also available to answer any questions you may have.
Important Information:
We will acknowledge receipt of your booking form and then process your booking. A Confirmation Invoice will be sent to you as soon as all of your holiday arrangements have been made. The name, address and telephone number of the holiday home owner, directions plus travel and or car hire confirmations will form part of the Confirmation Invoice. During busy times of the year there could be be a short delay in issuing your confirmation. Please telephone the owner of your holiday home shortly before you arrive to introduce yourself and to let them know your expected arrival time.
Balance payment: This must be received in our office not less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Reminders are not normally issued. Payments must be made in sterling.
Travel: We offer a discount on sea travel from the UK when you book return sea travel (including a car) through Freedom Holidays. This is a minimum amount of £25 off the price of your accommodation plus the benefit of 'Book now, Pay Later'.
Please note: If you book your own travel we strongly recommend that you do not do so until you have received your Confirmation Invoice from Freedom Holidays Ltd. Bookings are not confirmed until this document has been issued.
Adequate insurance arrangements are deemed essential and we do not advise travelling to the islands without cover. In order to provide you with full cover, insurance should be taken out at the time of booking your holiday. Such insurance should provide you with a wide range of cover which should include benefits for cancellation charges, medical expenses arising whilst on holiday, loss of lugggage or money and personal liability.
Next year and beyond
Many clients reserve their favourite accommodation early with high season dates in popular properties often being booked at least one year in advance.
