​This lovely 4 bedroom property includes a 3 bed main house and a 1 bed annex (Maison Lavage). This property has been newly re-built in a sympathetic but modern style to suit the farmstead that it is situated within, which dates back to 1611.  The property is surrounded by its own wooded and farm land, making Bleue Lune a quiet and peaceful location.

The owner lives in the original farmhouse which is opposite Bleue Lune, but accessed via a separate driveway to ensure complete privacy.  The farmland is grazed by beautiful Jersey cows at different times of the year.  Barn owls and buzzards nest on the farm and red squirrels can often be seen.

The property has a large open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and lounge area.  There are 3 spacious ensuite bedrooms within the main property, 1 on the ground floor and two upstairs and an additional ensuite bedroom can be found within a separate dwelling in the old Wash House (Maison Lavage) making this a truly exceptional property.

Situated above Bouley Bay and a short distance away from several beautiful bays on the north coast, including Rozel and Bonne Nuit, this property is very close to the cliff path walks with breath taking views.   Each bay has a cafe serving tempting treats to sustain you for the returning journey.

The main town of St Helier is approximately 4-5 miles away.

Ground Floor: ​Open plan kitchen/diner/lounge.  Small hallway leading to a very large bedroom with a kingsize bed (room for a cot if required).  Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and toilet. Maison Lavage is a separate building, less than 10m from the main property entrance, accessed from the patio that has a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite with shower, basin and toilet. Please note there is no Wi-Fi in Maison Lavage.

​First Floor: ​1 double bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite with large shower, basin and toilet.  This bedroom has a special Velux Balcony window.  

1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds and ensuite with bath, basin and toilet.

'Peaceful and Convenient.  As a family of 6-people of varying ages, we rented Bleue Lune for two weeks and it was a wonderful place to stay. Martin (the owner) met us on arrival and was extremely helpful in showing us the best beaches, places and restaurants to visit - local knowledge is always very useful. The property itself had everything we needed, is well maintained/equipped, clean and comfortable and, with 2-storeys and the added bonus of the converted wash house, everyone was not 'jostling for space'. The location was wonderfully quiet (off the main road) with sufficient space for 3 cars. Jersey has some of the best beaches I have come across and Bleue Lune is within easy driving distance of all of these. 'Perfect location to explore the island.  When we arrived we were met by Martin (the owner) who couldn't have been more helpful, good handover and lots of ideas on what to do.
The house is very well presented, modern, comfortable and could easily accommodate 8 people, we were a party of 6 ranging in ages from 9 to 78.  Very quiet location, of course nowhere is too far away!!  It was our first proper trip to Jersey and we decided to do lots, Rib trip, surfing lessons, coast steering, sea kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, abseiling and SCUBA diving. The beaches are some of the best I have ever been to, and very quiet considering we were there in peak season.  We all came away promising ourselves we would return, we have been very lucky and been to many worldwide destinations but all agreed this was one of the best holidays we have had.  One recommendation is if you want to do the activities book well in advance, they were booked up 4-6 weeks in advance. 5* Trip Advisor Review.  Sandy B
