A delightful self-contained ground floor studio apartment attached to the owner's house in a quiet private estate in the parish of St. Brelade. The apartment has an open-plan living, dining and sleeping area, a separate small well-equipped kitchen and a shower room with power shower.

About 200m from the property is a tree lined pathway, one of the habitats of our local red squirrels, which leads to the natural beauty of the sand dunes and on down to the beautiful beach at St Ouen. The Railway Walk is nearby and a walking and cycle path on the route of a disused railway line which links Corbiere on the South West tip of the island to the main town of St Helier on the South coast via the picturesque harbour village of St Aubin.

"It was a lovely flat, generously sized and airy, and matched the price well. Everything was very comfortable, and all the things we needed were there. The owners were incredibly nice and very accommodating. We came to them with a Wifi problem and they sorted it out by next day very swiftly and efficiently and provided us with all kind of advice and information on Jersey. The power shower was  properly powerful. The location was convenient for walks (the Corbiere Lighthouse and St Brelade Bay being our favourite) and within the easy reach of the bus routes. "Au Coin Apartment although small this property is very comfortable, bright and clean. Cooking facilities are limited but there are lots of really good places to eat nearby.
