This beautifully presented 1 bedroom Cottage is attached to the owners' home, with its own private entrance and idyllic enclosed courtyard, ideal for alfresco dining.  Ideally located for walkers and cyclists and only a short distance to some of the islands best beaches.

The property would be ideal for up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. 

Children of all ages welcome.

This property does not allow pets.

Shower room with shower, basin and toilet. 

First floor: Bedroom with double bed.
Please note that that the bedroom ceiling is pitched.

Bed linen, house and beach towels provided. Smart TV. Wi-Fi. Electric Induction Hob - 4 rings. Oven. Microwave. Fridge with small freezer compartment. Toaster. Mini Nespresso machine (capsules supplied) . Washing Machine. Iron & board. Hair dryer. Bose Bluetooth Portable Speaker.

Patio table and chairs.

Separate entrance.  Car recommended. Parking for 1 car.

Welcome pack (tea, coffee, milk etc.) on arrival.

Shops, Off Licence, Chemist & "Farmers Inn" Pub approx. 1m in St. Ouens Village.
St Ouen's Bay and Plemont Beach 1/2m and Greve De Lecq Beach 1m. all with a range of cafes or kiosks.
Les Landes Common 1/4m.
St Helier Town Centre approx. 5m.

Bus: Route 8 just a moments' walk away.

Karen is a great host and every box was ticked in terms of what I look for in accommodation: spotless, comfortable, location and amenities. The cottage has everything you could possibly need for a family holiday and was a real home from home experience The location in St Ouen is perfect for getting to some of the best beaches on the island and is in a really peaceful part of the island.
