Aleval Cottage

Aleval Cottage is a wonderful 2 bedroom cottage attached to the owners' main residence and benefits from beautiful views over the lovely landscaped gardens.  The spacious accommodation would suit a family of 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults.

Children over the age of 2 years welcome.

The owners are offering the use of their unheated pool by arrangement.

Saturday changeover.

Ground floor: Private entrance leads into kitchen area.
Open plan lounge and dining area and french doors lead onto patio and into the shared garden.  

1st Floor: Spacious Master bedroom with king size bed.
Large Twin bedroom with 2 single beds
House bathroom with shower over bath, basin and toilet.

Bed linen, house and beach towels provided. Smart TV. Wi-Fi. Electric Induction Hob - 4 rings. Oven. Microwave. Fridge and Freezer.  Dishwasher. Toaster. Iron & board. Hair dryer. Electric Heating in season.  Patio table and chairs. 

Separate entrance.  Car recommended. Parking for 1 car.

Welcome pack (tea, coffee, milk etc.) on arrival.

"I cannot recommend this little cottage enough.  The house is decorated really nicely and contains everything you need.  There is a little patio and a large lawn that you are able to use for a bit of a run around.  The owners live in the larger house next door and are the most lovely family.  There are at least 5 wonderful beaches within about a 20 minute drive or less!!
