This brand new, bright and airy, purpose built detached 2 bedroom coastal property is set in the heart of the Coastal National Park with spectacular views over the entire bay of St Ouen.    Ideal for beach lovers, bird watchers, surfers, walkers or for those who just wish to put their feet up and enjoy the idyllic coastal setting.  The sunsets are spectacular too!

Children over the age of 8 years welcome.

This property does not allow pets.

Accessibility
This property has a ground floor bedroom and shower room and the kitchen and dining area are on the ground floor.  There are however stairs to the first floor where the lounge is located.

Bed linen, house and beach towels provided. Smart TV. Wi-Fi. Electric Hob - 4 rings. Oven. Microwave. Fridge and freezer.  Dishwasher. Toaster. Nespresso Pod Coffee machine. Iron & board. Washing machine and dryer.  Bluetooth speaker. Hair dryer. Electric Heating in season. 

Separate entrance. 

Welcome pack (tea, coffee, milk etc.) on arrival.

Buses
There is a bus stop close by the property which will take you into St Helier Bus Terminus (Liberation Station), where you can either go into the main town centre and enjoy the shopping, bars, restaurants, coffee shops or catch further buses at the terminus (Liberation Station) to local attractions.

Liberty Bus Route Route 22 and Route x22.

Waitrose/Iceland and various shops, Chemist and hairdresser etc. approx. 2 miles at Les Quennevais Precinct and Red Houses.
St. Helier Town Centre 5 miles.
Closest Beach 100 metres.
Staks Beachside Bar and Grill is a 50 metre walk from the property.
Various beach cafés, restaurants and ice cream vans are located within the bay including Staks, La Braye, El Tico, Water Splash, Sands, Jersey Pearl Café.
Les Mielles 18 hole Golf Club with bar and restaurant is also open to non-members.
The National Trust for Jersey Wetland Nature Reserve is also close by.
