Gros Bois Loft House

The newly renovated, beautifully presented and well-equipped Loft House is a 2 bedroom property located within the grounds of a the main house of Gros Bois where the owner live with their family and friendly labrador. 

The accommodation is predominantly on the first floor. On entering you will find yourself in a large bright entrance hall. To the left is the house bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and there is a separate utility cupboard with washing machine. 

Upstairs the main living area with bright kitchen/diner/lounge with vaulted ceiling and treetop views over the garden.  The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and microwave. A dining table provides seating for up to six with four chairs and two additional stools.

The lounge area has a large corner sofa and Smart TV. There is a digital radio with Bluetooth connection to enable you to play your own music through the speaker. 

The master bedroom with a views over fields, has a comfortable king sized bed, hanging space and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has two single beds with mattresses that can zip together to form a super king bed.  A mezzanine snug can be accessed via a sturdy ship’s ladder that can remain in position or be swung up against the wall out of the way. The snug has a flat screen Smart TV and daybed that provides sleeping for one. The sofa in the lounge converts to a double bed and on request bedding can be provided for this to give you more flexibility for your group’s sleeping arrangements.

Perfect for individuals, couples, families, or groups of friends of up to 5 people (plus 1 infant). The newly renovated, beautifully presented and well-equipped the Loft House has been set up to provide the comfort of home and give you a relaxing base from which to explore the island.

The garden is secure with fencing and gates.

Liberty Bus Route 13 bus stop 1 min away, goes to the Zoo and Gorey.
Liberty Bus Route 21 takes you to St Helier.

Co-Op Locale, Morrisons and Wine Warehouse, M&S Food 3-5 minutes drive away.

15 minute drive to St. Helier where you find a host of restaurants, bars etc., or 10 minute drive to Gorey Pier with restaurants and bars. La Houge Bie Museum with onsite cafe is only a moments walk away.

Sandy beaches at La Rocque or Long Beach, Gorey just a 10 minute drive away.

The garden is secure with fencing and gates. To enter the secure garden area from the Loft House you will need to go through a gate. The owners sometimes (weekday mornings) look after two or three other dogs in their home and garden in addition to their own dog.
