Debec

Designed and decorated by a local artist, Debec is a charming 1 bedroom, ground-floor property forms part of the owners' main residence in a desirable, tranquil part of the west coast of the island.  Keen walkers will be spoilt for choice with foot paths close by leading across the gorse headland to Val de la Mare reservoir and further for those wanting to explore the unspoilt lanes and dramatic coastal areas.

With bespoke wallpaper and paint finishes, this quirky property exudes individuality and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay. The property is accessed by its own front door and is partitioned off from the owners residence.

Just a short drive from St Ouen's Bay, the popular surfers' beach, where you can surf, or take part in other activities like blo-karting or just enjoy the friendly, relaxed restaurants, including El Tico and Le Braye, fabulous for lunch time snacks or romantic evening meals with a glass of something whilst watching the incredible sunsets.   Les Mielles Golf Club is just a 5 minute drive away and La Moye Golf Club is just 10 minutes away.

Saturday changeover in high season.  Short stay (mimum 4 nights), any day changeover in low season.

This property does not allow pets.

Ground floor: Private entrance leads into a open plan living, kitchen and dining area with doors to a private balcony.
Bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room with walk in shower, basin and toilet.

Private patio area with table and chairs.

Bed linen, house and beach towels provided. Smart TV in lounge.  Wi-Fi. Electric Induction Hob - 2 rings. Microwave/combination Oven. Fridge (no freezer compartment - but ice available). Toaster.  Hair dryer. Electric Heating in season.  Patio table and chairs. 

The apartment does not have its own washing machine, but for guests staying more than one week the owner would be happy to offer some washing done in their own machine and a small quantity of washing powder will be provided for handwashing. 

Separate entrance.  Car recommended. Parking for 1 car.

Welcome pack (tea, coffee, milk etc.) on arrival.

Bus: Liberty Bus Route 9 Rue du Manoir stop.  The bus stop is approximately 15 minutes walk from the property.

Saturday changeover.

Check in from 2pm.  Check out at 10am.
