This property really is all about location!  Suitable for multiple families including children, multi generation families or groups of friends looking for a fabulous base to explore and enjoy Jersey.   The beautiful open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area have been exquisitely furnished throughout with large external deck, all overlooking the stunning views of Gorey Harbour, Beach and Castle.  A large entrance hallway, separate ground floor utility room, under stairs cupboard and separate toilet & shower room complete the facilities on the ground floor. On the first floor the accommodation includes the Master bedroom with Super King Bed with ensuite shower room, Bedroom 2 with a King Sized Bed and Bedroom 3 with Twin Beds both with stunning views over the bay. A large house bathroom with bath and shower completes the rooms upstairs.  A cot can be provided upon request.  

This property also benefits from Garage Parking.

1 well behaved dog can stay by arrangement.  Please request at time of booking.

Accommodation

Ground Floor 
From the front door, the property includes a large entrance hallway with separate ground floor utility room (with washing machine / dryer), under stairs cupboard for storage of suitcases etc. and separate toilet & shower room with staircase to upstairs.  The hallway leads to the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with double doors open out to the large external deck. The two sofas in the lounge can be made up as sofa beds.

First Floor 
On the first floor the accommodation includes the Master bedroom with king sized bed with ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2 with a king sized bed and Bedroom 3 with twin beds both with stunning views over the bay. A large house bathroom with bath and shower completes the rooms upstairs. 

The property has smoke alarms installed.

Bed linen, house and beach towels provided. Smart TV. Wi-Fi. Electric Hob - 4 rings. Oven. Microwave. Fridge and freezer. Dishwasher. Toaster. Magimix pod coffee machine. Iron & board. Washing machine and Tumble dryer (utility room).  Hair dryer. Electric Heating in season.  Travel cot and highchair available on request.  A small single bed can be provided on request for a child. Separate entrance.  

Welcome pack (tea, coffee, milk etc.) on arrival.  

Strictly no smoking property.

Bus: Very Regular Service with Liberty Bus Route 1 and Liberty Bus Route 2

Saturday changeover.

Check in from 3pm.  Check out at 10am.

Parking
The basement 2 car garage will be reserved for the main residence above.  
Public parking is available in various locations throughout Gorey.  Please check the signs to understand duration permitted to park in each area and whether charges are involved. Download the PayByPhone app or purchase parking scratch cards at newsagents/convenience stores.  Some areas are free of charge but time of arrival has to be displayed.

Nearby Cafes and Restaurants
The pier and surrounding areas host a wide range of fabulous café’s, bars, restaurants and boutique style shops, including the Moorings, Feast restaurant, the Dolphin pub, Sumas, Bass and Lobster, Cafe Louise, Eastside Coffee shop and Ice Cream Parlour, Seahorse Coffee Shop.   A real eclectic mix from fine dining to casual alfresco snacks and takeaways.

The Old Sail Loft Boutique, Neptune and Fountain Court for newspapers.  Stuart’s ice cream van is popular as is Rhona's kiosk. Gorey village is a short walk and has more shops including a Chemist, Entwistle Fish and Chip shop, launderette, newsagent and fruit shop.
