Although cosy the high ceilings give a feeling of space and with the option of walking down a private walkway directly to a fabulous sandy beach with stunning views towards Mount Orgueil Castle and Seymour Tower, this charming property is a real gem on Jersey's east coast.

This self-contained cottage forms part of the owner's main residence and benefits from a private sunny, south facing outside decked area.

The property is perfect for a couple but can accommodate up to 4 adults by making use of the small double sofa bed.
Children 8 years and over are welcome.

Parking for 1 car.

Compact but excellently designed apartment with well equipped kitchen and lounge with small double sofa bed. 
Shower room with wet room style shower, basin and WC.
Separate master bedroom with double bed and patio doors leading out to an enclosed decked terrace.

Parking for 1 car.

Access to a private pathway leading directly to the beach.

*The property is accessed via the main road without a pavement so extreme care must be taken.

Bed linen, house and beach towels provided. Smart TV in lounge and bedroom.  Wi-Fi. Electric 4 ring Hob and oven. Microwave. Fridge with Freezer compartment.  Toaster. Hair dryer. Washer/Drying Machine. Iron. Electric comfort heating in season.  Patio table, chairs and sun loungers.  The property has a dry storage area with beach items, extra pillows etc and guests are welcome to store their case/s.

Separate entrance.  Car recommended. Parking for 1 car. Private walkway leading to beach.  

Welcome pack (tea, coffee, milk etc.) on arrival.

Liberty Bus Route 1 and 1G.   The bus stop is approximately 3-4 minutes walk from the property.
