Bellair Barn is a fabulous, spacious open-plan, 2 bedroom barn conversion in a wonderful location on the east coast and just a moments' walk to the beach. The village of Gorey is nearby and here you will find a picturesque harbour, the iconic Mont Orgueil Castle and many lovely harbour side restaurants and cafes. On a regular bus route with frequent links to both Gorey and the main town of St Helier just a 2 minute walk away this property really has it all.

The property has a beautiful, open plan, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area which flows beautifully into the lounge with large TV.

Upstairs, comfortably sleeps 4 people in the 2 en-suite bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin beds. There is also a small landing area with a desk for remote working.

Wide entrance with no steps and stair lift for access upstairs.

Small patio garden and parking for 2 small cars.
