This delightful, purpose built ground floor studio apartment is attached to the owner's house in a small private estate within walking distance of the shops and facilities at Red Houses and the bus stop to St Helier.

The Railway Walk, a pedestrian and cycle path, which links the south west corner of the island to the village of St Aubin and on to the capital, St Helier, is nearby. The sweeping sand dunes of St. Ouen's Bay are the popular St Brelade's Bay are also in this area. This is a cosy apartment that has been fitted out to a high standard.
