Sunset Peep Apartment

This bright and sunny first floor studio apartment is located just off the main coast road on the south east corner of Jersey, in a quiet private drive. The apartment is attached to the side of the owner's house.

This quiet location is an ideal base from which to explore our island. The local supermarket with ATM, post office and hairdresser are a short walk away on the coast road. The nearest beach is Le Bourg - just 6 minutes walk from the apartment. The local pub at Le Hocq has a restaurant and is less than a mile away. Also nearby there is a popular seasonal beach kiosk and a sandy beach at the pretty south facing La Rocque Harbour. There is a frequent bus service to both Gorey and St Helier and the bus stop is nearby on the coast road. The owners provide secure parking for bicycles.

This property does not allow pets.

First Floor (two external steps to the front door, internal staircase to first floor apartment): Lounge with double bed, bedside table, two wardrobes and dresser with drawers 2 comfortable chairs and a coffee table. Separate kitchen with small dining area. Docking station with international/universal sockets. Shower room with shower, basin and toilet.

Floor area: 340 sq ft.

Bed linen and house towels provided and changed weekly. The lounge/bedroom area has Satellite TV, Wi-Fi.  DVD player, DVD library, 2 small shelves for charging phones and tablets with universal sockets, book library, playing cards and games. The kitchen/diner has electric cooking: 4 ring hob, microwave, halogen cooker, grill. Fridge. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Iron and ironing board. Shower room with heated towel rail. Central heating in season. Own entrance.

Parking. for small Car. . Bus stop is about 3 minute walk from the flat. There are buses every 15 minutes to St Helier or to Gorey Pier The supermarket is about a 4 minute walk from the flat.  It has normal groceries, newspapers, Post Office, Post box, and  ATM machine. There is also a hairdresser next to the Supermarket.

Parking for bicycles on the drive. Bicycle covers provided to keep bicycles dry.

Selection of beach to explore. Pontac 15minutes walk. Le Bourg 8 minute walk. Pontac Common behind supermarket 4 minute walk. La Rocque 20 minute walk. Walk into country lanes 8 minutes.   Pub ½m. St Helier 2½m.

Anyday changeover minimum of 4 day stay.
