This beach-style studio apartment is attached to the owners' house, which is situated at the end of an exclusive and quiet 'no through road', with stunning panoramic views over St Ouen's Bay from both the large glazed patio doors and west facing balcony. The studio benefits from a direct pathway to the beach (approx. 7 min walk) through a nature reserve and access to many surrounding footpaths and coastal walks, making it appealing to walkers, cyclists, nature lovers and bird watchers. St Ouen's Bay stretches across the west coastline of Jersey, with a long sandy beach, sand dunes and a wide selection of restaurants and beach side bistros close by. This beach is well known for its surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking and beach activities such as paragliding and blo-karting. This is an ideal base if you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful retreat from which to explore Jersey.

This property does not allow pets.

Surfing:

St Ouen's Bay stretches along the length of Jersey's Atlantic west coast and is one of the best beaches for surfing in the United Kingdom. Surf boards are available for hire and there are 3 surf schools in the bay.

Cycling:

This property is a great base for a cycling holiday.

St. Ouen's bay has wonderful light quality for Artists and Photographers.

Golf:

Les Mielles Golf Club, with an 18-hole public course plus driving range, is close by.

Walking:

With direct access to many stunning walks including those in and around the La Mielle de Morville* Conservation area and the St Ouen's Pond* area, this is a perfect base for a relaxing holiday.

*La Mielle de Morville translated from Jersey Norman French means the dunes of Morville. It forms the remains of a once extensive sand dune system which occupied the entire area of the bay of St Ouen; from the shore line to the ancient cliffs at the back of the bay.

St Ouen's Pond and its surrounding reedbed has an enviable list of birds to its name. Marsh Harrier, Bearded Tit, Cetti’s, Reed and Sedge Warblers,

First floor: Separate kitchen with dining area. Shower room with shower, basin and toilet. Open-plan living room with both double bed, wardrobe and comfortable 2 seater sofa. Decked balcony with sea view and lower terrace.

Access to this apartment is via external stairs.

"Perfect! As soon as I saw this studio apartment online, I thought it looked ideal. When we arrived in Jersey, were welcomed so warmly by Amanda and Damian, and shown into the delightful apartment, we knew that we had found our perfect holiday accommodation. The location is wonderful. Sitting out on the lovely decked area, with its fantastic view over to Corbiere lighthouse, at all times of the day and evening, the only sounds are from nature - birds, insects and the sea. The walk to the beach through the nature reserve takes only a few minutes and is lovely. This was our first time staying on Jersey's west coast and we would definitely recommend it for very easy access to some of the island's best beaches. We were also treated to some spectacular sunsets across the 5 mile St Ouen's bay. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need and the use of complimentary bikes, amazing welcome basket and home baked muffins were all very much appreciated.
