This luxury detached 2 bedroom granite barn conversion is finished to a very high standard. The property is west facing and has uninterrupted sea views across the beautiful St Ouen's Bay on the island's west coast. There are 2 sheltered patios - ideal for al-fresco dining and for viewing the beautiful sunsets over the beach.

The location of this property will appeal to people who want to relax and enjoy their surroundings. It is a perfect base for bird watching as The National Trust for Jersey Wetland Centre is newly opened in the area. It is also a lovely base for a walking holiday with beach walks, sand dune walks and reservoir walks all nearby.

There is a restaurant and bar at the Les Mielles golf club just a stroll away and several restaurants along the length of St Ouen's Bay. The golf course is open to the public on a 'Pay and Play' basis. The beach is just a 20 minute walk from this holiday home. Various activities take place along the bay especially surfing, blo-karting and kite surfing and it is a popular location for photography.

Children are welcome but there are both internal and external steps making this property unsuitable for toddlers.

This property does not allow pets.

First Floor: 2 double bedrooms, each with a king size double bed which splits into two 3' single beds on request.

Please note that the landing is on a split level.

The house shower room with shower, basin and toilet is on the same level as 1 bedroom.
The second bedroom is on a slightly different level.

Bed linen and house towels provided. Travel cot available (no linen supplied). Free-view television in lounge. Wi-Fi. Central heating in season. Electric cooking - 4 rings plus oven. Fridge/freezer. "Outstanding property. As other reviewers say there is everything one requires if needing or wanting to cook a meal. Comfortable lounge with 2 settees, TV and bookcase with plenty of DVDs. Large kitchen good size shower with plenty of hot water. Two outdoor terraces nicely furnished with stunning views over fields to the sea.  Very warm welcome from Host, Dulcie who had made some very fresh and tasty homemade scones,  with jam and cream in the fridge as well as a good welcome pack of bread, butter, milk, water, wine and biscuits, plus some tea and coffee.  Nice area for walks, easy stroll of about 20 minutes to Watersplash for drink or Golf club about 10 minutes away.  We enjoyed the barn so much that we have booked for next year.  We definitely recommend this property, you will not be disappointed."
