The property offers spacious accommodation set in the north east of the island close to the fishing harbour and beach at Rozel Bay. The property has a large open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and lounge areas. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 on the first floor together with a house bathroom and a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the second floor.

The north coast cliff path walk which links Rozel Bay to the equally pretty harbour and stony beach at Bouley Bay is nearby. The location of this property will appeal to visitors wanting to relax and enjoy their surroundings and still be just a short distance from the nearest beach.

Rozel Bay has a lovely pub which serves food,  a restaurant overlooking the sea,  and the popular Hungry Man beach kiosk - all only 1/2 mile away from the property. 

The main town of St Helier is approximately 4.5 miles away.

Children of all ages very welcome.

Being the first to stay in this beautifully renovated cottage.  Very well positioned and nicely appointed.  We all appreciated the country quietness, with outside areas on both sides, a courtyard at its front and a balcony from the upstairs bedroom, you can fully appreciate the days as the sun moves around.  Our host Martin was helpful and attentive throughout.  All told a very memorable holiday.  Thank you,”
