The world-famous Jersey Zoo at Durrell Wildlife Conservation Park and the Eric Young Orchid Foundation are also close by. A few moments' drive will take you to the beautiful beaches and bays in the north coast and some breath-taking cliff path walks. **There are large large ponds in the beautiful grounds so families with young children must exercise caution. Please also note that the windows in the lounge and ground floor bedroom open like small glass doors, so should remain closed when young children staying.

Morel Farm is a Grade 2 listed property, gifted to The National Trust for Jersey in 1939 and extensively, but sensitively refurbished into three separate self-catering properties that opened to the public in 2023. The Chapel, thought to previously have been used as a potato store has a small belfry in which hangs a bell inscribed 'John Morel 1837'. Located in the courtyard, this lovely 1 bedroom cottage has been converted into a beautiful place to stay.
