The Cottage

Radier Farm Cottage is a beautiful, newly modernised cottage set within an important Jersey Farmstead owned by the current Earl and Countess of Jersey in a rural part of Grouville.  The cottage offers comfortable and stylish accommodation with a wonderful homely feel. 

Guests have the use of a large communal garden with BBQ, picnic table and chairs which is a wonderful location for al-fresco dining.  The garden is at a higher level than the farm so access is via several granite stairs or a grassy slope. Please note the garden has been converted from agricultural grassland and as such is slightly uneven. There are lovely country walks nearby and the location of this beautiful property is ideal for touring the Island.

Children of all ages most welcome.  Baby items available upon request (at time of booking) i.e. Travel Cot, High Chair etc.

This property does not allow pets.

2 bedroom country cottage

​​Ground Floor:​ Entrance hall with cupboard with washing machine. Lounge with dining area.  Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.

​Stairs to First Floor: ​1 double bedroom with king size bed.  1 Twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower over bath and basin. Separate toilet. 

Bed linen and towels provided. Beach towels on request. TV, Wi-Fi. Radio. Electric cooking, 4 ring hob and separate oven.  Microwave. Coffee machine. Fridge. Freezer. Dishwasher. Washing Machine. Iron and board. Hairdryer. Central heating in season.  Non-functioning fireplace in lounge. Separate entrance. Communal lawned garden with  BBQ. 

Welcome pack of tea, coffee, Jersey Milk, Jersey eggs, Jersey butter, small loaf and pack of biscuits.

The Cider Press store houses a selection of games, buckets and spades.

Car recommended.  Parking available.

Waitrose supermarket with free parking 2.3 km. St. Helier 3.5 km. Closest beach 3 km.

Jersey Bus Service Route 2, passes the bottom of the hill and the property is approximately a 15 minute walk.

Saturday changeover. 

Check in after 4pm. Check out 10am, unless otherwise arranged.
