La Cremerie

This lovely, rural 1 bedroom cottage 'La Cremerie' is a former goat dairy in the heart of St Lawrence, located in the centre of the island in the beautiful and peaceful Waterworks Valley.  The owners still have some goats which can often be seen from the property.  On an island that's just 9 x 5 miles, this central location means that you are 10 minutes' drive from the sea and some of the islands best attractions and restaurants with lots of beautiful country walks from the door and local convenience stores and honesty boxes just a short walk away. 

Spacious, luxury accommodation, includes a kitchen, bedroom, lounge with sofa bed, shower room, dressing room, WC, and patio with relaxed seating as well as a dining area and plancha.

Children of all ages welcome.

Washing machine.  Hair dryer. Non-working fire feature. Electric Heating in season. Travel cot and highchair available on request.  Seperate entrance. The property has both Carbon monoxide and smoke alarms installed.

Accessibility - the property has 1 step from the courtyard down onto the patio and into the Cottage, but has a spacious ground floor bedroom and bathroom, so could suit guests with restricted mobility.  Please note that the entrance path is uneven granite chippings.

Parking for one car.

Closest food shop - Co-Op, Trinity, La Grande Route de St Jean - 5 minute drive or M&S Food, St John approx. 10 minute drive.

Strictly no smoking property.
